Dakota Fabrication, Inc. was established in February 2006 by Tim and Rachel Walling. There was a need for metal fabrication in the area and it was a goal to keep work of this type in the growing area of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Since inception, Dakota Fabrication has been able to fabricate piping and equipment that is used in ethanol plants in the region and beyond. In addition to ethanol work, Dakota Fabrication has fabricated pieces for local facilities as well as for individuals in the area.
Tim Walling has worked for over 25 years in the fabrication and industrial construction industry. His work began as early as high school when he worked at a welding / fabrication shop in Casper, Wyoming. His background in welding, fabrication, and industrial processes is extensive, reaching the ethanol, power, mining, and food production industries. Tim strives to keep quality at it's absolute peak with extreme pride of workmanship and finished product. Tim's hands on approach to working in the shop with the crew ensures quality workmanship from Dakota Fabrication's entire workforce.
